COLD BRONZE

A cold bronze is a a bronze that normally has a silver or smoke relative within 3-4 generations. They are genetically bronze but lack the stong rufous (orange to rust color ) polygenes of the warm bronze. To get the stong rufous polygenes, one must breed the warmest bronze they have to another warm bronze. Often times this is done by line-breeding in order to set a color trait. Below are some examples of cold bronzes.
